Privacy and terms
What we collect
When you order we get the file you upload, your email address, the languages you picked, any notes you add, and how you found the site (for example the ad you clicked). We use this only to do your translation, email it to you and answer your questions.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your card statement will show a descriptor ending in LINEWISE.
Your files
Your document is used only for your translation. We don't publish it, sell it or share it with anyone other than the services that store and deliver it. Email hello@linewisetranslation.com and we'll delete your file and order details.
The service
You get a standard translation for business or personal use, not a certified or sworn translation. Delivery is within 24 hours of payment for orders of up to 10 pages. A page is up to 250 words. If your file is longer than the pages you paid for, we email you before we start. If it's shorter, we refund the difference.
Fixes and refunds
If something in the translation reads wrong, reply to the delivery email and we fix it for free. If we still can't get it right, we refund your payment in full.
