Anything you need to read, share or send in another language, as long as it doesn't need an official certificate.
Questions
What counts as a page?
Up to 250 words. A one-page form or letter with fewer words still counts as one page.
Is this a certified translation?
No. It's a standard translation for business or personal use. If you need it for USCIS, a court, a university or a government office, you need a certified translation, and we're not the right fit for that.
How fast will I get it?
Within 24 hours of payment. Short documents often come back the same day.
Which languages?
All the languages in the order form, in either direction. If yours isn't listed, choose Other and tell us in the notes. We'll email you before taking any payment.
Will it keep my formatting?
Yes. Headings, tables, lists and bold text come back in the same places. Scanned pages and photos are rebuilt as a clean Word file.
What if something reads wrong?
Reply to the delivery email and tell us what to change. Fixes are free. If we still can't get it right, you get your money back.
Is my document kept private?
Your file is only used for your translation and isn't shared or published. Ask us any time and we'll delete it. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number.
